implement the various components of the system.
Strong hands-on experience in server-side programming in C# for a

Seeking a Team Lead for the front line support team in
Derivatives IT. In this role, you will provide leadership to the
front office application support team; manage day to day support
activities, ensuring a high level of service to all clients is
maintained; perform incident and escalation management to
minimize disruptions in the production environment; and be
responsible for planning and resource management from day to day
activity to major planned events like business recovery
exercises. You will also take responsibility for all production
support issues raised by the business and resolve leveraging the
production support and development teams; field support calls and
emails from users groups in Front Office, Product Control and
Risk Measurement and Management; investigate/resolve these calls.
Additional responsibilities would include executing support
duties for a variety of task escalations; escalating serious or
consistent problems to development managers for longer term

Seeking a Senior Windows Systems Administrator to to provide an
expert level of support within the Microsoft Windows Systems
administration suite, in particular the front & back end
production infrastructure leveraged by Capital Markets business
applications (Front, Middle & back office). It consists in
ensuring full availability of the Windows environment, and
continuous proactive system performance monitoring of the
environment utilizing specific monitoring tools. The Windows
Administration group is defined as the group that is chartered to
maintain all the Windows based servers, and play an active roll
in the day-to-day support activities, administration and all
business and IT projects associated with windows infrastructures.
6 to 10 years experience required with 4 to 5 years direct
experience in Windows systems administration. Strong knowledge of
Windows operating systems (Win2K/W2K3/XP) and strong knowledge of
Win2K/W2K3/XP Enterprise components and technologies such as
Domains, DNS, Registries, DHCP/WINS. Excellent and strong
knowledge of VMware & ESX server environment, Active Directory,
SMS structure (SMS package building a plus) and Altiris Suite.
Good working knowledge of installing Win2K/W2K3/XP on industry
