F A Q

  • What happens after I submit my resume?

Your resume is reviewed immediately by an experienced Pencom recruiter. Your skills and qualifications are evaluated and if your background meets the job requirements of one or more of our client companies, we will contact you within a day or two.

Your resume is kept confidential. We will not send it to our clients without first contacting you and with your specific consent to do so.

Your privacy is also important to us. We will not rent, sell, or share your personal information with other people and non-affiliated companies.

Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we unfortunately cannot contact everyone who submits a resume. However, we will keep your resume on file, in the event a suitable position arises.

  • Do I have to submit my resume separately for the positions I am interested in?

You only need to submit your resume once to one of the positions you are interested. Your resume will be reviewed and qualified for other opportunities that may better suit you.

  • I am currently an H1-B holder, can I apply for these jobs?

Unfortunately, in this job market, our client companies will not consider holders of H1-B or other Visas requiring sponsorsip. There are simply too many qualified candidates available for most companies to consider individuals with specific Visa related requirements.

  • Is telecommute acceptable for these jobs?

It is very rare that any of our client companies will consider a telecommuting relationship with an employee, much less a new employee. It is just not very common for that to be a viable option, unless there are extenuating circumstances, or the person has a long and established track record of performance with a particular firm.
